Registration and arrangements

1          Register online  –  due to pre-registrations there are limited number of team places remaining

2          We will call back you –  on receiving your registration we will call you to discuss your team entry

3          Send out initial pack – following stage 2 we will distribute the following:

    • Team entry form
    • Individual entry forms
    • Terms and conditions
    • Invoice
    • Team and personal goal setting template

4          Return – we need you to return the following promptly:

    • Signed team entry form with  terms and conditions
    • Payment

5          Send out reminder emails for:

    • Booking accommodation in or around Brecon town for evenings of 30th September and 1st October. For additional options:
    • Please hire your Mountain bikes at Drover Cycles (recommended option) – they will also arrange the logistics and servicing of the hire bikes. They will NOT be able to transport your own bikes.
    • We advise teams to utilise a minibus hire to fulfill your teams transport and logistical  needs
    • Set up your Team’s Just Giving page for Charity Fundraising Challenge to benefit our 2017 partner charity Prince’s Trust

6          Distribution of regular update via email and twitter on:

    • Fitness and health tips
    • Nutrition
    • Goal setting
    • Techniques – e.g. map reading, canoeing, biking etc
    • See FAQ section for additional guidance

7          Distribute final information pack – 4 weeks prior to event

    • Event summary – locations, timetables etc
    • Essential team kit and equipment list
    • Driver information
    • Medical forms

8          Telephone call to Team Captains – 1 week prior to event

    • Respond to any issues or outstanding matters
    • Final call for signed medical forms
