Dell Technologies
Management Challenge

The Dell Technologies Management Challenge brings together teams of six for a wild weekend out of the office. Taking place between Thursday 6 – Saturday 8 June 2024, the adventure race event aims to optimise management and team performance whilst delivering positive charitable outcomes.

Teams are challenged across two days of canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading, archery and mind puzzle stages, alongside opportunities for senior-level networking, and celebrating with team mates and competitors. The 2024 event will be supporting partner charity the MND Association.

Multiple world record breaking ultra-endurance athlete Sean Conway will be our keynote speaker for 2024.  Past speakers have included Alex Danson MBE, Baroness Tani Grey-Thompson, Lowri Morgan and Chrissie Wellington OBE.

The 2024 Event
6-8 June 2024

The event is set within the stunning Bannau Brycheiniog / Brecon Beacons National Park with the Event HQ hosted at Racquety Farm, a two-minute walk from the centre of Hay-on-Wye, on the border of England and Wales, in the shadow of the stunning Black Mountains.

Set amid sunlit woodland on the banks of the river Wye, the event base offers an ideal launchpad to jump into nature. Famous for its book shops and the world-renowned ‘Hay Festival’, this charming market town is bursting with quirkiness, culture and adventure opportunities.

With luxurious glamping options on-site, you won’t need to miss a second of the action (or the post-race celebration) – but if camping isn’t your bag, you’ll find ample accommodation options nearby, including cosy B&Bs and chic boutique hotels.

The challenge is delivered by Run 4 Wales, the team behind mass participation events including the Principality Cardiff Half Marathon.
