The partner charity for the Dell Technologies Management Challenge in 2025 is The Talent Foundry.
As part of the challenge, teams will be asked to fundraise for the partner charity.
The Talent Foundry is an education charity dedicated to opening the doors of opportunity to young people from underserved communities across the UK, so every young person can succeed and thrive as part of a fairer society.
The charity supports these young people to discover their talents, think big about their future and build their skills and confidence to take their next step. It also supports employers to value young people’s talents (not their background) and connect them to exciting career pathways.
The Talent Foundry works with some of the most challenged schools in the country to deliver inspiring, skills-based, facilitated workshops and in 2023/2024 it supported around 65,000 young people across 32 programmes.
